📦 Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It should be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase / receipt is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will share instructions on how and where to send the product.

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order immediately after delivery.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable food items

  • Custom or special orders

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you are unsure about a product, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

🔁 Exchanges

To get a different item, please return the original product (after approval).
Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you about the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks may take additional time to process the refund.

If 15 business days have passed after approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
