- We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Products
- We sell drinks and sauces that are perishable food items.
- All product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual product packaging may vary.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
Orders
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (COD, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer).
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of:
Incorrect pricing or stock unavailability.
Fraudulent activity or suspicious payment.
Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier/logistics partners.
- Standard delivery time is 2–7 working days, depending on location.
- Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen events.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are perishable, we only accept returns if:
The wrong product was delivered.
The item was damaged, leaked, or expired at the time of delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).
- Refunds will be processed via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, or Store Credit within 5–10 working days.
- No “change of mind” returns are allowed.

All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways. We do not store card details.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate delivery information.
- Customers are responsible for receiving the order at the given address.
- Once delivered, product storage (e.g., refrigeration for sauces/drinks) is the customer’s responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
- Consumption of products is at the customer’s own responsibility. Please check ingredients and allergens before use.

Governing Law
