At atbaaqfoods , we take pride in delivering fresh, sealed, and high-quality products. Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund rules are slightly different from general e-commerce.


Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product was damaged, leaked, or expired at the time of delivery.
  • The packaging was tampered or unsealed upon arrival.

We cannot accept returns for drinks & sauces that have been:

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed.
  • Stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated where required).
  • Ordered in error (wrong flavor/size chosen by customer).

Refunds

  • If your return request is approved, we will issue a refund via:

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Bank Transfer
  • Store Credit (customer’s choice)
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 working days.


Replacements

  • Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Replacement delivery is free of charge.
