At atbaaqfoods , we take pride in delivering fresh, sealed, and high-quality products. Because our products are perishable food items, our return and refund rules are slightly different from general e-commerce.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only if:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product was damaged, leaked, or expired at the time of delivery.
- The packaging was tampered or unsealed upon arrival.
We cannot accept returns for drinks & sauces that have been:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Stored improperly after delivery (e.g., not refrigerated where required).
- Ordered in error (wrong flavor/size chosen by customer).
